The FUMAA Scholarship
The FUMAA Scholarship is open to any senior that has participated in any music program at the high school level and is continuing their education following graduation. There are no requirements for the type of education program you are entering following high school. The scholarship is open to 4 year, 2 year, technical or certificate program entrants and those entering any branch of the US armed forces.
The 2024 FUMAA Scholarship award is $1000. The funds may be awarded in two $500 scholarships if there is a tie between two finalists. Funds may be used in any way the recipient wishes.

To apply, please follow the link below. You will be asked a series of questions and at the end of the application there is an upload button. You will prepare your essay answer in a word document, save it, and upload it along with your application.
Please do not begin the application until you have prepared your essay response to the following: " Describe what the music department’s motto “A Tradition of Excellence” means to you. How have you exhibited/implemented the fundamental meanings of the motto?
