FUMAA Scholarships

Every year, Fairfield Union High School turns out some of the most talented and hard-working individuals to ever take the field or grace a stage. They embody the Tradition of Excellence which it is FUMAA's mission to preserve and cultivate.

Each spring, the FUMAA David A. Horsky Scholarship awards $1,000 to a deserving graduate who will carry their dedication and commitment into life beyond Fairfield Union.

To apply, students must submit an essay based on the provided prompt. The Scholarship Committee will review all submissions anonymously and vote to select the winner. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a graduating high school senior who participated in any high school music program.

• Must be pursuing one of the following post-graduation paths:

  • Higher education (4-year, 2-year, technical, or certificate programs)

  • Enlisting in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces

  • Entering the general workforce
